If you want to be the best...you have to surround yourself with the best! And Five More and Breathe Fitness is it! I have been training here with Danny for a year. I do Zumba and kickboxing; as well as I had some personal training sessions. The workouts are fun, yet challenging! You will never get bored. The workouts are always pushing you to the next level. I am the strongest I have ever been because of him. If you want a trainer that is nice, who challenges you and who will motivate and push you to achieve your fitness goals then Danny is your man!

I have been working out with Danny for 6 years. I first discovered him through his Zumba classes at the Y where he started out. I love to dance and I found Danny's Zumba classes offered the best music and dance choreography available, while providing an excellent workout. He made exercising fun! I began personal training sessions with him and found that I was getting twice the results in half the time that I did with other trainers. Danny truly puts the "personal" in personal training. I am 58 years old and have a thyroid disorder, but since working out with Danny I am in the best shape of my life and keep getting better! He understands the high intensity metabolic conditioning that my body needs to stay in shape, and he constantly switches things up so that burnout is never an issue.
